About the event
Less than a year ago, the idea came to plan a race in memory of Omer Belva RIP when the brother of a good friend of Omer Netai sent me a message that he wanted to organize a race in his honor. He didn't know Omer personally at all, but he always heard stories about him, and that's where it all began. At first we decided that the race would take place on Memorial Day, at 20.10, the day it fell, but at the same time the security situation in the north deteriorated again, so we decided to postpone the race.
There's something about running/running that brings everyone together and it doesn't matter if you're an athlete or just one who decided on a bright day to run. Our ambition right now is that the race will become an annual tradition.
